The person behind the system
Final Expense Elite didn't start as a course.
The training, scripts, technology workflow and agent-development system grew out of Tyler's experience selling insurance, moving from field sales into virtual production, and later building systems around teams of agents.
Origin
Where it started.
Tyler began in face-to-face life insurance sales, working with union trade workers and blue-collar families. Field production taught the basics that still anchor the training: know the product, listen before presenting, handle real objections honestly and explain insurance in plain language.
Not every conversation ends in a sale. Some clients don't need what you're offering, and a good agent recognizes that.

From the field to the phone
The conversation stayed. The operating model changed.
Moving into virtual telesales meant the same fundamentals had to run through a dialer, a CRM, lead flow and a daily workflow. The dialing engine is ReadyMode; the process around it is what Tyler built.
- 01
Structured conversation
A consistent call flow that still leaves room for the client. - 02
Connected tools
Leads, dialer, scripts and follow-up working as one workflow. - 03
Repeatable days
Call blocks, review and follow-up built into the schedule. - 04
Coaching loops
Call review that turns activity into skill.
Why he built it
Training, leads, technology and follow-up shouldn't live in separate worlds.
Tyler kept seeing capable agents struggle with the same gaps: finding leads, juggling disconnected tools, and working without structured training or a clear process. Final Expense Elite puts those pieces in one system.
Good agents still need a good operating system.
What Tyler teaches
The system came from the work.
Teaching philosophy
Build the process before you scale it.
Scripts are structure, not permission to ignore the client. Recommendations need a reason. A clear no is final. Tyler's training treats ethical selling as part of the process, not an extra.
Where his work shows up
Training should connect to real operations.
