- Professional details: insurance licensing status or progress, primary state, states you are licensed in, insurance sales and Final Expense experience, your role, team size, current workflow and tools, goals and challenges.
- Application details: the path you are interested in, your answers and any optional note.
- Communications: emails, calls, texts and scheduling details connected to your application.
The initial website application is not designed to ask for Social Security numbers, bank or card details, government ID, date of birth, license numbers or NPNs, or any consumer's insurance or health information. Please don't include these in the optional note.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site, our hosting, analytics and advertising providers receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring page, timestamps, interaction events and cookie or device identifiers. We do not collect precise location.
Advertising attribution
If you arrive from an ad or tracked link, we record campaign parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and Facebook's fbclid) and the landing page with your application. This helps us measure advertising, attribute applications to campaigns and improve our marketing. It is linked to your application and is not anonymous.

- Protect the site against spam, fraud and abuse, and keep it secure.
- Comply with the law and enforce our agreements.
Suggested starting path
The application uses your answers to show a likely starting path, such as Junior Broker, Licensed Producer Path or Agency Builder. This only helps organize applications. It is not an automated acceptance, employment, licensing, carrier appointment, credit or underwriting decision. Our team reviews applications.
5. How We Disclose Information
- Service providers that host the site and database, send email, run scheduling, analytics and advertising, and help protect the site.
- Professional advisers such as legal, accounting and compliance advisers.
- Business transfers, such as a merger, financing or sale of assets.
- Legal requirements, such as a court order, subpoena or other legal obligation.

7. Advertising and Analytics
Meta: we use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising, see whether visitors came from Facebook or Instagram ads, and record events such as page views and booked calls. Meta receives technical and event information from your browser. We do not send your name, email, phone number or notes to Meta. The pixel is not loaded for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland.

This does not currently turn off Google Analytics. Google offers its own opt-out browser add-on. We do not currently respond to Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals.
8. Agent Applications
Applications are stored in our application database and reviewed by our team. We treat applicants as program or producer applicants. Submitting an application does not create employment or any other relationship; see our Terms of Service.
9. Calendly and Scheduling
When you book a call, you use Calendly, a separate company. Calendly may collect your name, email, phone number if requested, the time you choose, your time zone, your answers to its questions and technical information, under its own privacy notice. We receive the booking details.
10. Communications
We may contact you at the email address and phone number you give us about your application, information you asked for, scheduling, program review or onboarding. These are messages about your request, not marketing. Calls from our team about your application are made by people.
We do not currently run a marketing text message program. If we start one, we will ask for separate consent, and you will be able to reply STOP to opt out.

11. Data Retention
We keep application, contact and communication records for as long as needed to review your application, keep in touch about it, and support any working relationship that follows, and longer where the law requires. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the settings of those providers.

12. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls that limit who can view applications. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to appeal our decision on your request. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

The site links to other websites, including state insurance regulators, NIPR, exam providers and Calendly. Their privacy practices are their own.
