Final Expense Elite Programs

Build the team. Standardize the system.

From producer to agency operator.

Agency Builder is designed for experienced producers and agency owners who need a repeatable infrastructure for recruiting, onboarding, training, lead distribution, technology, follow-up, and agent development.

The goal isn't more people. It's a repeatable system for supporting more people.

The transition

Being a great producer and running an agency are different jobs.

An individual producer can personally manage their own leads, follow-ups, schedule, training, technology, licensing and carrier access. As teams grow, owner-dependent processes become harder to maintain, and the same work has to function across many people.

  • Recruiting
  • Onboarding
  • Licensing visibility
  • Training consistency
  • Lead ownership
  • Campaign management
  • Agent support
  • CRM standards
  • Performance review
  • Administrative coordination

Personal production doesn't automatically create an operating system.

Producer

  • Own pipeline
  • Own calls
  • Own follow-up
  • Own results
  • Own schedule

Agency operator

  • Build onboarding
  • Set standards
  • Support agents
  • Manage territory
  • Review activity
  • Coordinate infrastructure
  • Develop leaders

Program fit

Agency Builder is designed for a different stage.

  1. 01

    High-producing individual agent

Ready to begin building repeatable team processes.
  2. 02

    New team leader

Already has agents but needs structure around onboarding and operations.
  3. 03

    Existing agency owner

Needs stronger technology, lead operations, training or visibility.
  4. 04

    Virtual sales organization

Needs a consistent remote operating system.

It may not be the right next step if…

  • — You aren't yet licensed where required
  • — You haven't learned the Final Expense Elite sales workflow
  • — You're looking for passive income
  • — You want to recruit without understanding production

The agency operating system

An agency shouldn't depend on the owner manually running every process.

  1. 01Producer
  2. 02Team leader
  3. 03Standardized onboarding
  4. 04Training system
  5. 05Licensed agent network

Agent onboarding

New agents should know what to do on day one.

Agents are more likely to understand the path when the path is clear: onboarding clarity, training, support, reliable systems, transparent expectations and communication.

Day one

  1. 01Welcome
  2. 02Account setup
  3. 03License status
  4. 04Training assignment
  5. 05Technology access
  6. 06Manager intro
  7. 07Next action

Example development path

  1. Week 1

    Onboarding, licensing / readiness, training

  2. Week 2

    Scripts, technology, practice

  3. Week 3

    Workflow, guided activity

  4. Week 4

Live production path where authorized and ready

Agent development

One roadmap. Many agents.

The 90-Day Roadmap gives a team a training reference, onboarding framework, coaching framework and common language.

Days 1–30

Foundation

Days 31–60

Volume

Days 61–90

Optimization

Agency Builder standardizes access to the same core sales framework across the team.

Lead distribution

Lead flow follows each agent's licensed territory.

Each agent with an eligible active seat receives outbound lead access matched to their licensed states, delivered into the same ReadyMode environment and CRM workflow. Adding agents doesn't automatically increase lead volume; availability depends on eligibility, licensing footprint and program capacity.

  2. 02Agent licensed states
  3. 03Campaign
  4. 04Agent's ReadyMode queue
  5. 05Disposition
  6. 06Shared CRM standards

Management visibility

See what the team needs.

Good management looks at training, process, support, follow-up and readiness, not only a leaderboard.

FAQ

Agency Builder questions

What is Agency Builder?

Final Expense Elite's program for experienced producers and agency owners who need repeatable infrastructure for onboarding, training, lead distribution, technology, follow-up and agent development.

Who is Agency Builder for?

High-producing individual agents ready to build team processes, new team leaders, existing agency owners, and virtual sales organizations.

Do I need to be licensed?

Yes, where required. Agency Builder is for people who already understand licensed production. If you're not licensed yet, start with the Junior Broker Program.

Do I need an existing team?

No. Producers preparing to recruit their first agents can apply, as can owners with existing teams.

How is Agency Builder different from the Junior Broker Program?

Junior Broker is a path toward becoming a productive licensed agent. Agency Builder is for building the systems that support a team.

How are leads distributed across a team?

Each agent with an eligible active platform seat receives outbound lead access matched to the states they're licensed in. Team lead volume depends on agents, licensing footprint and availability.

Does adding agents automatically increase lead volume?

No. Availability depends on each agent's eligibility, licensed states, campaign activity and program capacity.

How do ReadyMode and the CRM fit?

Every agent works in the same ReadyMode dialing environment and CRM workflow, so dispositions, follow-up and records follow shared standards.

Can I see team activity?

Management visibility into activity, training and follow-up is supported where configured. Exact reports are reviewed during onboarding.

Does Final Expense Elite recruit agents for me?

No. Final Expense Elite provides program pages and onboarding infrastructure; recruiting decisions and relationships stay with the agency owner.

What does Agency Builder cost?

This depends on current program terms and your team's requirements, which are reviewed during the agency application conversation.

Is there a per-agent fee?

Each agent currently uses a platform seat ($200 / month per agent platform seat), subject to current program terms. Other agency-level costs are reviewed during the application.

Do I operate under my own brand?

This depends on current program terms and your team's requirements, which are reviewed during the agency application conversation.

How do overrides or agency compensation work?

This depends on current program terms and your team's requirements, which are reviewed during the agency application conversation.

Does Agency Builder guarantee recruiting, retention or revenue?

No. Agency performance depends on leadership, recruiting, agent activity, training and many other factors.

What happens after I apply?

We review your current agency, discuss team, production and systems, review fit and program terms, then build an onboarding plan if it's a match.

Don't just run an agency. Own a system.

Build the team. Standardize the system.

Agency Builder connects onboarding, training, lead infrastructure, ReadyMode dialing, CRM workflow and licensing resources into one operating system for your team. Application does not guarantee acceptance, recruiting volume, retention, production, overrides or revenue.
