The Process
90 days. Three phases. One connected system.
Final expense success requires more than learning a script. An agent has to become licensed, understand the product, learn the sales conversation, set up the necessary technology, consistently speak with prospects, manage follow-up, review performance, and expand strategically.
Final Expense Elite organizes those pieces into a structured progression.
Phase 01 · Days 1–30
Build the foundation.
The first phase is about preparing the agent to operate correctly before volume becomes the priority.
- 01
Days 1–7
Licensing + onboarding - 02
Days 8–14
Technology setup - 03
Days 15–30
Script + sales training
DAYS01–07
Step 01
Get licensed. Get onboarded.
The first stage focuses on establishing the legal and operational foundation needed to begin selling insurance: the home-state license, Final Expense Elite onboarding, carrier contracting where applicable, and core account access.
- Pre-Licensing
- State Exam
- License Application
- Agency Onboarding
- Carrier Contracting

DAYS08–14
Step 02
Build your virtual sales desk.
Once the operational foundation is underway, the next step is preparing the technology the agent will use every day.

DAYS15–30
Step 03
Know what to say before the phone rings.
The third stage of the foundation focuses on learning the structure of the final expense conversation before relying on live calls to teach it.

Phase 1 milestone
Ready for live activity.
- Licensing process established
- Technology configured
- Dialer access prepared
- Lead system understood
- Core script trained
- Objection framework practiced
- Dashboard access established
Agents who complete setup on schedule may begin live dialing during this phase — the program schedule targets the first live dial around Day 21.
Licensing and contracting timelines vary by state, carrier, and individual circumstances.
Phase 02 · Days 31–60
Build the volume.
Once the foundation is in place, the focus moves from preparation to consistent activity.
Example daily workflow
What a production day looks like.
- 8:00
Prepare
Review follow-ups, licensing status, and lead availability.
- 8:30
Start Dialing
Enter the dialer and begin outbound activity.
- Midday
Review
Assess conversations, dispositions, and scheduled callbacks.
- Afternoon
Continue + Follow Up
Return to qualified prospects and scheduled conversations.
- End of day
Track + Improve
Review activity and identify what needs improvement.
An example, not a mandatory schedule.
Lead flow
Your leads should move with your workflow.
- 01Outbound Lead
- 02Agent Assignment
- 03AI Dialer
- 04Conversation
- 05Disposition
- 06Follow-Up
- 07Application
- 08Production Tracking

Leads are loaded straight into your AI dialer and matched to the states where you're licensed, so you're working a queue instead of buying individual lead lists.
Conversation skills
Not every call starts with "yes."
Volume alone is not enough. Agents also need to recognize common objections, slow the conversation down, ask better questions, and learn when a prospect is actually interested but uncertain.
- 01Listen
- 02Clarify
- 03Respond
- 04Return to discovery
- “I'm busy.”
- “Call me later.”
- “I already have insurance.”
- “I need to think about it.”
- “I'm not interested.”
Performance feedback
Every call creates data.
By the second month, improvement should become more deliberate. Call recordings, dispositions, follow-up activity, and production data can help identify where conversations are breaking down.

Phase 2 milestone
From learning the system to operating the system.
By the end of this phase, the goal is a repeatable daily process for dialing, follow-up, sales conversations, and performance review.
Individual results vary based on licensing, activity, skill development, market conditions, lead availability, carrier availability, and other factors.
Phase 03 · Days 61–90
Optimize. Expand. Scale.
The third phase shifts from learning the process to improving the process: closing strategy, call review, conversion improvement, additional state licensing, expanded lead availability, and long-term consistency.
Step 01
The 3-Policy Strategy.
The Final Expense Elite training framework teaches agents to present multiple coverage options clearly so the client can compare meaningful choices.
Step 02
Find the leaks in the conversation.
Small improvements in several parts of the sales conversation can compound over time.

Step 03
Expand your licensed footprint.
Once an agent has established a working sales process, additional non-resident licenses can provide access to a broader geographic lead pool where legally permitted. The existing Final Expense Elite roadmap encourages qualified agents to evaluate additional non-resident state licenses as they progress.

What powers the roadmap
The roadmap works because the system connects.
The 90-Day Roadmap isn't a PDF or a course on its own — every stage runs on the same connected platform.
Agent Dashboard
Your roadmap lives inside the platform.
Training, licensing progress, lead activity, sales resources, and production tools stay connected instead of spread across unrelated applications.

What the agent provides
The system can't do the work for you.
Final Expense Elite can provide infrastructure, training, technology, and support. The agent still has to learn the material, complete licensing requirements, show up consistently, make calls, follow up, and improve.

FAQ
90-Day Roadmap questions
What is the Final Expense Elite 90-Day Roadmap?
A structured agent-development framework that moves through foundation, system setup, training, live activity once you are appropriately licensed and ready, follow-up, review and optimization. It is a development plan, not a promise of any specific income or production result.
What happens during the first 30 days?
Days 1–30 build the foundation: licensing and onboarding, setting up the AI dialer and Agent Dashboard, and learning the structure of the sales conversation through scripts and objection training before relying on live calls.
Do I need to be licensed before starting the roadmap?
No. The roadmap starts with licensing, and Final Expense Elite pays for your pre-licensing course. Agents who aren't fully licensed yet can also join the Junior Broker Program while they finish.
When do agents begin dialing?
The program schedule places the first live dials around Day 21 for agents who complete setup on schedule. Licensing and contracting timelines vary by state, carrier, and individual circumstances, so this is a target, not a guarantee.
What technology do I need?
A reliable laptop or desktop computer, a high-quality USB headset, and a stable internet connection. The AI dialer and Agent Dashboard run entirely in your web browser.
Does Final Expense Elite provide leads?
Yes. Your $200/month platform seat covers AI dialer access and an outbound lead supply, loaded into the dialer and matched to the states where you're licensed.
How does the AI dialer fit into the roadmap?
It's set up during Days 8–14 and becomes the center of daily activity from Phase 2 onward. The dialer skips busy signals and voicemails and connects you when a real person picks up.
What training is included?
Final expense sales scripts, the objection handling framework, the 3-Policy Strategy, Virtual Telesales 101, and ongoing coaching, all available inside the Agent Dashboard.
How long does insurance licensing take?
The typical training target is 7–10 days of study before the state exam. Exam scheduling, application processing, and carrier contracting vary by state and are subject to regulatory processing.
Do I need multiple state licenses?
Not to start. As agents progress, the roadmap encourages qualified agents to evaluate additional non-resident state licenses, and leads are loaded for each state once a license is active.
What happens after Day 90?
You continue improving personal production and expanding your licensed footprint, or — if it fits your goals — explore Agency Builder to recruit and manage agents.
Can experienced agents use the roadmap?
Yes. Licensed producers can move quickly through the foundation and focus on the technology, lead flow, call review, and multi-state stages.
Does completing the roadmap guarantee a certain income?
No. The roadmap provides structure, training, technology, and support. Earnings depend entirely on your own production, and results vary by agent, state, carrier, activity, and experience.
