The Final Expense Elite System
A pipeline you don't have to buy one lead at a time.
Outbound leads built into the system.
Final Expense Elite connects outbound lead access with licensed-territory distribution, ReadyMode dialing technology, CRM organization, and agent training so producers can work from an organized pipeline rather than repeatedly purchasing individual lead lists.

The lead problem
Agents need people to talk to.
A sales system can't operate without a consistent source of opportunities. Final Expense Elite's model connects the lead source directly to the rest of the agent workflow.
Traditional setups can mean separately handling
- Finding lead vendors
- Purchasing individual leads
- Downloading data
- Organizing spreadsheets
- Importing contact lists
- Managing territories
- Tracking attempts
- Buying more inventory
Two models
The traditional per-lead model.
Some agents buy leads individually from third-party vendors, with upfront lead expense, different lead ages, exclusivity and sources, and manual importing. It's a legitimate industry model. Final Expense Elite uses a different one.
Per-lead model
- Lead cost incurred individually
- Agent chooses the vendor
- Lead pricing may vary
- Manual import may be required
- Availability depends on the vendor
Final Expense Elite platform model
- Eligible outbound lead access included with active platform
- Lead flow connected to the dialing environment
- Territory aligned with your licensed states
- No separate purchase for each included outbound lead
- Connected CRM workflow

Lead source
The process starts with a consumer inquiry.
Outbound leads originate from consumer inquiry flows, such as someone submitting a form to request information. Exact sources and consent wording vary by campaign.
02 · Turn the inquiry into a usable record
A lead record can include name, phone, state, source, timestamp, campaign and consent record, where collected.

Quality control
Check the data before it hits the workflow.
Lead data is validated before it's delivered, with checks such as required fields, phone format and state. Validation isn't the same as verifying identity or intent: digital lead data can contain mistakes, shared numbers, outdated information, duplicates or changed interest.
Licensed territory
The lead has to match where the agent can operate.
Leads are matched to the states where you're licensed. Licensing comes first because it determines where you have authority to sell.

Campaign queue
Campaign queue for licensed states
The system can only route from the data it has.
Agents and administrators need to keep licensing information current.
Want to expand your licensed territory?
More licensed states can mean more available markets and potentially broader lead access, subject to program availability.
Routing
Move the lead into the right calling environment.
Once a lead is ready, it's routed into the appropriate campaign based on state and the current Final Expense Elite configuration.

No manual importing
No CSV shuffling required.
For leads delivered through the integrated program, lead records move into the calling environment without the agent maintaining separate spreadsheets. Other lead sources may still need manual imports.

The human part
The system delivers the opportunity. The agent runs the conversation.

The program model
What does "free leads" actually mean?
Final Expense Elite uses a platform model. Eligible agents don't separately purchase each included outbound lead.
Agents pay an active platform / dialer seat fee. Eligible outbound lead access is included. Optional lead products, such as live transfers, may cost extra.
No separate per-lead purchase for included outbound leads. Not "no cost at all."
- Platform seat
- $200 / month
- Outbound lead access

- Per-lead charge
- No separate per-lead purchase for included outbound leads

- Availability
- Subject to territory and lead supply
Program terms, lead availability, platform pricing, territories, and optional services may change. Lead access is subject to agent eligibility, applicable licensing, campaign availability, and current Final Expense Elite program terms. Leads do not guarantee contact, applications, policy issuance, commissions, or income.

Agent responsibility
We provide the infrastructure. The agent provides the execution.
The program is designed to reduce the need for agents to buy outbound lead inventory on their own, so you spend less time sourcing and importing lists. You still learn, review notes, follow up, complete applications, manage licensing, keep records and train.

FAQ
Lead program questions
What is the Final Expense Elite Free Lead Program?
It's the outbound lead access included with an eligible active Final Expense Elite platform seat. Leads are delivered into the calling workflow and matched to the states you're licensed in.
Are the leads actually free?
There's no separate per-lead purchase for included outbound leads. Agents do pay the platform seat fee (currently $200 / month), which covers dialer access and the included lead flow. "Free" means no per-lead charge, not no cost at all.
Do agents pay for individual outbound leads?
Not for the included outbound leads under the current platform model.
Is there a platform fee?
Yes. The platform seat is currently $200 / month. Terms are subject to current Final Expense Elite program requirements.
What is currently included with the platform seat?
Dialer access, outbound lead access delivered into the dialer, and the Agent Dashboard with scripts and training resources.
Are live transfers included?
No. Live transfers are an optional lead type with a separate cost.
Are leads matched to the states where I am licensed?
Yes. The outbound lead supply is targeted to the states you're licensed in, so keeping your licensing information current matters.
Do I need multiple state licenses?
No, but lead flow can only come from states where you're licensed. More licensed states can mean more available markets, subject to program availability.
Are leads automatically loaded into ReadyMode?
Yes. Leads in the integrated program are delivered into the ReadyMode calling environment.
Do I need to upload spreadsheets?
Not for leads delivered through the integrated program. You don't need to build, download or import your own calling lists to get started.
What happens after a lead enters the dialer?
The dialer places the call, answered calls connect to you, you run the conversation, and every attempt ends with a disposition that sets the next action in the CRM.
What happens if a lead asks not to be contacted?
The call is dispositioned as do not contact and applicable outreach stops. A clear refusal isn't moved into follow-up.
Is there a guaranteed number of leads?
No. Included does not mean guaranteed volume. Availability can vary by state, campaign, licensing footprint, program capacity and other factors.
Does Final Expense Elite guarantee that I will make sales?
No. A lead is an opportunity to contact someone, not a guaranteed sale. Results depend on your training, skill and consistency.
How does the Free Lead Program connect to CRM & Automation?
Call outcomes carry into the CRM so each lead keeps a history and a next step. See CRM & Automation for details.
How does it fit into the 90-Day Roadmap?
You learn the lead flow and dialer in Days 1–30, work live lead flow and follow-up in Days 31–60, and review outcomes and consider expanding your licensed states in Days 61–90.
Program terms, lead availability, platform pricing, territories, and optional services may change. Lead access is subject to agent eligibility, applicable licensing, campaign availability, and current Final Expense Elite program terms. Leads do not guarantee contact, applications, policy issuance, commissions, or income.
