1. Agreement to Terms

2. Eligibility

The website provides information about Final Expense Elite, agent training resources, licensing education, information about our systems and technology, program information, application tools and scheduling links.

Website content is informational. It does not by itself create employment, an agency appointment, an insurance license, a carrier contract, program acceptance or a producer relationship.

4. Insurance Licensing and Regulatory Matters

Final Expense Elite does not issue insurance licenses. Licensing requirements are set by state regulators. You are responsible for meeting the requirements that apply to you, which may include prelicensing education, exams, fingerprinting, license applications, carrier contracting and appointments, product training and continuing education.

Our state licensing pages are educational. We work to keep them current, but requirements change and the official regulator controls. Always confirm current requirements through the official sources we link.

5. Applications and Program Review

Submitting an application lets Final Expense Elite review your licensing stage, experience, goals and business needs. The suggested starting path shown during the application is a guide for review, not a decision. Submission does not mean acceptance into any program.

6. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee:

• acceptance, program enrollment or access to any particular tool;
• employment or an independent contractor engagement;
• producer appointment or carrier contracting;
• lead access or a territory;
• compensation or any commission level.

7. Relationship of the Parties

Nothing on this website makes you an employee, agent or partner of Final Expense Elite.

Pending review: The relationship between Final Expense Elite and program participants will be described here once confirmed by the business and counsel.

8. Program Information

Programs described on the site, including the Junior Broker Program and Agency Builder, may have their own agreements, fees, platform terms, compensation structures, carrier contracts, rules, eligibility and onboarding requirements. Where a signed program agreement conflicts with website content, the signed agreement controls, subject to applicable law.

"Licensed Producer Path" is a descriptive term used on the website, not a separate contractual program. Where program terms show "Confirming current terms," those terms are not yet set.

9. Results and Earnings Disclaimer

Production targets, examples, testimonials, income references and performance illustrations are provided for information or illustration only and are not guarantees of future results.

Results vary based on many factors, including licensing, activity, skill, experience, market conditions, lead availability, product availability, carrier relationships, persistency and individual performance. Where the site refers to $40K per month, that is a target, not a guaranteed or typical result.

Leads

Lead access and availability depend on program terms, platform setup, geography, licensing, campaign availability and operational limits. We do not guarantee lead volume, contact rates, exclusivity, buying intent, conversions or sales.

10. Third-Party Services

The systems we describe use third-party platforms, including ReadyMode for dialing, CRM and automation tools, and Calendly for scheduling. Final Expense Elite configures and integrates these tools but does not own them. Third-party services, and the regulator, NIPR and exam provider sites we link to, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Communications

When you provide contact details and submit a form, we may contact you about your application, inquiry, scheduling, program review, onboarding or services you requested. Any marketing messages are subject to separate consent and opt-out rights. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

The Final Expense Elite name and logo, website design, training materials, scripts, roadmap materials, videos, graphics, original written content and downloads belong to Final Expense Elite or its licensors. Third-party logos, software such as ReadyMode, regulator content and other parties' materials belong to their owners.

13. Acceptable Use

You may view and use website materials for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of Final Expense Elite. Please don't:

• copy, resell, redistribute or commercially reproduce site materials without permission;
• scrape the site, share login credentials or get around access controls;
• use the site for anything illegal or fraudulent, or to violate insurance laws;
• impersonate anyone or submit false information;
• upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the site.

Training materials provided to enrolled agents may be covered by separate program agreements.

14. User Submissions

You must only submit information you are authorized to provide. We use application information as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Availability and Changes

We may update, change or pause parts of the website, including for maintenance. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties
