The Final Expense Elite System

One Workflow. From Lead to Follow-Up.

Final Expense Elite connects outbound lead access, dialing, conversation workflow, CRM organization, and follow-up so agents can work from a clearer operating process instead of disconnected tools.

Workflow example

  1. 01Leads
  2. 02Dialer
  3. 03Call
  4. 04CRM
  5. 05Follow-up
  6. 06Reporting

Leads → Dialer → Conversation → CRM → Follow-up → Reporting

Why the system exists

Good Sales Skill Still Needs Good Infrastructure.

An agent can know what to say and still lose opportunities when leads, calls, dispositions, follow-up, and customer information live in separate places. The system is designed to make the surrounding workflow easier to manage.

Without a connected workflow

  • — Lead file
  • — Separate dialer
  • — Notes somewhere else
  • — Follow-up from memory
  • — No clear status
  • — Manual handoffs

With an organized workflow

  • — Lead enters system
  • — Dialing organized
  • — Conversation logged
  • — Outcome recorded
  • — Next action created
  • — Follow-up visible

The workflow

How the Pieces Connect.

  1. 01 Lead enters
  2. 02 Routing / organization
  3. 03 Outbound dialing
  4. 04 Live connection
  5. 05 Agent conversation
  6. 06 Disposition
  7. 07 CRM update
  8. 08 Next action
  9. 09 Follow-up
  10. 10 Application / outcome
  11. 11 Reporting

Not every lead reaches every step.

  • No answer

    → Retry / follow-up if appropriate
  • Callback

    → Task / scheduled follow-up
  • Not interested

→ Disposition / honor contact preference
  • Appointment

    → Appointment workflow
  • Application

    → Carrier process
  • Policy outcome

    → Record final status

An application is not an approval — policy outcomes depend on the carrier.

01 · Opportunity

Outbound Leads Enter the System.

Applicable outbound leads can enter the Final Expense Elite workflow under current program and platform terms, where they can be organized, matched or routed where applicable, loaded into the dialing workflow, and tracked through outcomes.

  1. 01 Lead source
  2. 02 Data received
  3. 03 Validation / organization
  4. 04 Territory / campaign logic
  5. 05 Dialer
  6. 06 Agent
  7. 07 Outcome

“Free Lead Program” refers to applicable outbound lead access included under current Final Expense Elite platform / program terms. It does not mean every aspect of the platform or every optional lead product has no cost.

02 · Connection

The Dialer Organizes Outbound Activity.

The dialing platform helps agents work outbound lead lists, connect available calls, access relevant lead context, record dispositions, and move conversations into the next workflow stage. Powered by ReadyMode, a third-party platform, and configured for the Final Expense Elite workflow.

  1. 01 Lead queue
  2. 02 Dialing
  3. 03 Connect
  4. 04 Agent context
  5. 05 Conversation
  6. 06 Disposition
  7. 07 CRM / next step

03 · Continuity

The CRM Remembers What Happens Next.

Once a conversation ends, the CRM preserves who was contacted, what happened, current status, notes, tasks, follow-up, appointments, and the next action. Automation supports that record; it does not replace agent ownership.

  1. 01 Contact
  2. 02 Call history
  3. 03 Disposition
  4. 04 Status
  5. 05 Task
  6. 06 Follow-up
  7. 07 Appointment / application
  8. 08 Ongoing record

Every lead should have a status, a history, and a next step.

Skill + infrastructure

The System Doesn't Replace the Agent.

Agent Training

  • — Conversation structure
  • — Discovery
  • — Presentation
  • — Objection handling
  • — Client decision
  • — Professional communication

The System

  • — Lead organization
  • — Dialing
  • — Disposition
  • — CRM
  • — Follow-up
  • — Workflow visibility

Training teaches the conversation. The system organizes the work around it.

What it does — and doesn't

Infrastructure. Not a Shortcut.

The system does

  • Organizes leads

Applicable leads sit in one workflow.
  • Organizes dialing

Outbound activity runs from a queue.
  • Records outcomes

    Each call gets a disposition.
  • Creates next actions

    Callbacks and tasks are captured.
  • Centralizes follow-up

    Follow-up lives in one place.
  • Improves visibility

Status and activity are easier to see.

The system does not

  • Does not replace licensing

  • Does not replace training

  • Does not guarantee contacts

  • Does not guarantee sales

  • Does not guarantee income

  • Does not make client decisions

Technology stack

Third-Party Platforms, Configured for FEE.

  • ReadyMode

    Platform

Outbound dialing and lead management functions used within the FEE workflow. Third-party platform.

  • HighLevel

    Platform

CRM, contact and follow-up infrastructure within the configured workflow. Third-party platform.

  • Zapier

    Integration

Moves data and triggers actions between supported tools. Not every action runs through it.

Automate the task. Not the relationship.

Where configured, automation may help with task creation, notifications, status movement, approved follow-up workflows, reminders and data transfer — always subject to consent, contact preferences and opt-out handling. The agent stays responsible for the conversation and follow-up judgment.

See what's happening in the workflow

Activity views can cover calls, dispositions, follow-up, lead status, appointments and applications. Activity shows what occurred — it doesn't by itself prove sales skill, client fit or long-term performance.

Who it supports

Producers and Teams.

For individual producers · Licensed Producer Path

Less tool switching. Clearer next steps.

Agent Training → The System → 90-Day Roadmap → live workflow when ready.

For teams

The same workflow has to work across more people.

Teams may need standardized onboarding, lead distribution, agent access, manager visibility, CRM consistency, call review and reporting. Team configuration falls under Agency Builder and applicable program terms.

The System is the operational technology. Junior Broker and Agency Builder are program pathways. Product configuration is available under applicable Final Expense Elite program / platform terms.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the Final Expense Elite system?

The operational workflow behind the agent: outbound lead access, dialing, CRM organization and follow-up, connected so agents work from one process instead of disconnected tools.

Are the leads, dialer, and CRM connected?

Yes. Leads enter the dialing workflow, call outcomes are recorded, and the CRM keeps the history, status and next step. See each product page for detail.

What does the Free Lead Program mean?

It refers to applicable outbound lead access included under current Final Expense Elite platform and program terms. It does not mean every part of the platform or every optional lead product has no cost.

What dialer does Final Expense Elite use?

Outbound calling runs on ReadyMode, a third-party dialing platform configured for the Final Expense Elite workflow. ReadyMode is not owned by Final Expense Elite.

Does the dialer talk to clients or close sales for me?

No. The dialer organizes outbound calling. The agent runs every conversation and still needs training, product knowledge, licensing and judgment.

What happens after a call ends?

The agent records the outcome, the CRM record is updated, and a next action such as a callback, appointment or follow-up is created where appropriate.

Does the CRM handle follow-up automatically?

Automation can help with tasks, reminders and status movement where configured. Follow-up judgment, accurate communication and honoring contact preferences stay with the agent.

Can agency owners use the system?

Teams can use the same workflow across more people. Team-level configuration is covered under Agency Builder and applicable program terms.

Do I need to be licensed before using the system for sales activity?

Yes. Software does not create authority to sell insurance. Licensing, carrier contracting and appointment requirements still apply.

Does the system guarantee leads or sales?

No. The system organizes opportunity, activity and follow-up. It does not guarantee lead volume, contacts, appointments, applications, policies or income.
